The customer service is moderately Okay but the quality in this hotel has gotten worse. Their bathrooms are bad, The Toilet takes time to flush and the water heater is not working. Made me bath with cold water while I was sick, we had to check out.

Right, Price of rooms have increased while Quality has declined.

It was a sweet experience. The receptionist were cool and well mannered. Beautiful halls for occasions. Pleasant environment

It's such a nice place with serenity, I'll recommend anytime any day because I had a nice time and they have very competent and friendly staff.

Good old top rank staff as cheerful as ever but the bed sheets are too old needs change as the colours are no longer white.

Nice hotel in the heart of jabi /utako area. But they need to improve services, furnished and renovate the place soon. Its living in its past glory now.
Please change all those artificial plants everywhere to more beautiful and life plants.

It's a good place to visit if you are the type that doesn't like crowd , especially during the week days, but I would have to visit during the weekends to make up my mind fully.
