Made booking online, was disappointed to show up at the property and they were not informed of my booking, no record whatsoever. Had to start hunting for hotels all over again. Avoidable stress if you ask me

The most disgusting hotel I have ever seen, the rooms have a particular stench, naked wires in the bathroom, the floors are disgusting, the hotel is under renovation but still accepting guest the height of stupidity

This hotel has lost its touch. It's in dire need of maintenance.

The environment is neat and the staffers are courteous. The only demerits l observed was that the Lobby needed some fresh air and few of their air conditioners needs servicing. Their bed linings are neat and their water heater is functioning properly. Their food was delicious and nicely presented.

The place is nice, but I scored them 10℅ regarding food/drink order. It takes them 2hrs before they prepared Indomie and eggs for me in the 1st day, also an hour before I got a soft drink in the 2nd day.????

Friendly staff. The place is undergoing renovations so believe it will wear a new look soon.
