Strategically located beside the market to meet all of your foodstuffs, household, clothing, accessories shopping needs in one trip. The plaza has unique energy made memorable by the delightful cooperation and friendly " competition " amongst the various shop owners. Great bargain too.

Nice place for shopping, movies, entertainment timeout etc. With a view of the Jabi Lake as well.

Area 1 shopping mall in accessible, though with limited parking. While there are varieties of electronics, CCTV, solar installation and stationeries, the mall is not very organized.
The corridors are congested and the the noise of multiple generators are deafening.
It's a good location for CCTV, electrical, electronics and solar installation shopping.
I would give 3 ???? for these challenges.

You can buy all kinds of stuff in this place. There are boutiques selling men's and women's formal and casual wears. The are also many shops selling mobile phones and accessories. There's limited parking and none is accessible. The plaza doesn't have ramps nor lifts.

Area 1 shopping center is a nice place to get your items in Abuja, I really appreciate the fact one can easily get items here, items like computer, laptops, desktop, monitors, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, softwares, computer accessories, designer's collections, foot wear, sport wears, sport gadgets, football, tennis Accessories, electrical materials, extension, multiple sockets, wires both Nigeria and china cables, CCTV camera, CCTV cable, CCTV DVR, solar panels, solar battery, inverter, mobile phones like Samsung, iphone, Nokia, xaomi, Tecno, Infinix, earbuds, headphone, sound card, sound systems, microphone, speakers, sound prince, digital camera, video camera.....etc, I assure you that you can get almost everything you need there.

Area 1 shopping plaza is your one stop choice for electronic, sound system and phones among other varieties of good and services. The shopping complex is secured and strategically located, the prices of good a cheap when compared with other shopping complex. I like the shopping complex in particular for it's customer friendliness, varying choice of goods within the complex.
