Ease of Access as it is in the popular Gwarimpa City, receptive host, Affordable rooms and Great location for a mini Bridal shower... Remember to get some cakesicles and games before coming in. You could get food within or bring yours But don't sit on the Special chair in the reception. You will definitely notice it, it is part of the decoration ☺

External surrounding looked really good but one on one service from the hotel is really poor, for Example, we were not given towels in the bathroom all through our stay and even though we requested for it several times, we never got them, some of the staff(at least from the ones we came in contact with) are very very pleasant, Kingsley and John,they made THE DIFFERENCE.

The hotel is rooming, regular power supply, parking space, swimming pole, restaurant and bar.
cons, TV channels are not adequate, more attention is required for items like bathtub, air conditioner.

The accommodating nature of the staff is next to none.

Staff were dishonest about functionality of their services. Poor customer service. They stole my belt from the room and denied it.

Pool is very clean, would recommend it if u want to swim

Purple Tulip Hotel served us well during our stay. The hotel does, not have complementary break fast for its guests. I stayed in SunCourt hotel twice on weekends and there was complementary breakfast- (serve yourself). Secondly Purple Tulip Hotel Internet is not working. They should do something about it.
