It is not bad. A cool environment and located inside a wonderful estate.
Close to 1st Avenue first joint in Gwarinpa.
And at 1st Avenue (200# KEKE) you get plenty of good fishes and joints for relaxing.

I think Enviromental should really come and check the sanitary level of this hotel environment especially the pool side.
Wouldn't it be nice to have a hotel in your estate that you can walk in and have a decent meal and swim without the pool being in such a a state of distaste, green things walking inside and around and a pool staff who isn't on duty. Yall need to be closed down. Anyways I'll be going back on monday and if by then I still meet it in that same state, I'll take pictures and post all over social media. Ya'll need to be held accountable and do better

If i can rate them with no star , i would have. The worst hotel ever, staff disrespectful , Windows doesn't close , door broken, generator noise , water leaks, cockroachs , swimming pool is unclean, if you book online and go there they wont find ur booking. The only good part was the receptionists.

The Hotel is good, quality Rooms with fair prices, great location and adequate security/quality of service.

The owner can be a bit too intrusive when he is around the pool area, the workers are very nice but the management can do with learning a few people skills, the chairs and tables are long gone pass expiry, on a sunny day the pool area is too hot to be a sit out with the lack of fans, not a great place to watch football matches and the drinks are a bit too expensive compared to the service rendered

The water pressure is great. You'd definitely enjoy that. It's affordable too ans located in a serene, quiet environment. Network is poor here though. I couldn't make or receive calls in the room. Had to go out each time. Would be nice if this is fixed.
