Very lovely place.
The artworks are beautiful and African inspired. The food! Very affordable and tasty too. Then customer service is cool.

A shopping complex with multiple shops including pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants among others.
Moderate car parking facilities with easy access to the major road and Zenith bank in close proximity.

As good as the Plaza is, it doesn't have a public restroom that is accessible to visitors, all the toilets are locked by occupiers of the shops and offices in the Plaza.

Well, this plaza is located very close to a popular area of Farmers market, its directly opposite Zenith Bank on Yedseram Crescent, Maitama. Although, the Plaza is not a state of the art structure, but it location should give it a better point.

One of the oldest shopping plaza located in Maitama district of Abuja...
Divided into two massive blocks, the first is a one floor Blocks basically for shops and stores with space size ranging from 20sqm - 50sqm. And the 2nd block is a two floors building with warehouse size store spaces on the ground floor and office spaces upstairs.
No public toilets on the plaza except the ones for shop owners.
No wheelchair parking nor entrance on either of the blocks. Though there is ample parking space in the plaza and it's facing a Zenith Bank opposite for quick cash from the ATM.
Generally, there are multiple businesses in the plaza including a music recording studio, A restaurant(Ojuelegba Amala Point), pharmacy, etc...

It's a plaza containing different people with different businesses. Some sell things eg there's a pharmacy there, while others open up firms and offices.
It's not bad, but I THINK getting a space there is on the high side..(this is just my thought...).
