A nice gigantic building, consisting of 4 floors. A modern (speaking ) is used to go through the floors, apart from the use of the stairs. An automatic opening entrance door, security cameras and well ventilated. A nice place

This is a classy and decent office space. I found out it is very affordable and alternative power is central and effective. Getting to central area or out of town is convenient.
I commend the visionary idea behind this edifice. The last time I had a similar work space experience was at Ventures Park on Mambilla Street, Aso Drive.
If you are looking for office space that is affordable and comes with comfort, Ocean Centre is your belt. The professional conducts of Facility personnel is commendable.
One will only hope that the standard held over these years does not drop. Kudos!

Such a beautiful plaza. This is an ideal place to own an office space. Well organized with wheelchair accessible entrance. Serene corporate environment with great security. One is not allowed into offices without signing in.

The Centre itself is serene, neat, with courteous staff however, the roads surrounding it need to be worked on to make it more attractive to intending clients.
