Unlike most plazas, this one isn’t defaced with signboards and signages. The facade is void of anything like that and allows you to appreciate the architectural design.

There’s a huge metal signboard by the entrance gate where tenants/ businesses can display their logos in an organized and orderly manner. This is highly commendable.

The parking lot is decent and the parking bays are all properly marked.

It also has ramps, making it wheelchair accessible.

It’s neat and well maintained. Other plazas/ shopping malls/ centres can definitely learn a thing or two from the management here.

I was informed that this plaza is one of the old plazas in gudu district Abuja. Its well maintained, you will not notice that it's and old building unless you ask it always look new, very spacious offices, big compound but lots of activities people cars can't enter some times becos of activities going on in different offices, thay have a willchair pedestal. Guys this place does not look like a public place at all very neat, the security guards are on point. I was today stopped by one of the security for car check and it was awesome interacting with the particular security guard. The plaza have a steady power supply, there is stand by generator and constant water supply, there is rest room in each offices and Nepa meter in each office it was an awesome experience. Also there is business center, law office, network marketing office, consultants, NGO's it's a place to visit and probably secure and office herein if you are around gudu or apo for any services at all..

Good place with adequate security. One of the few plaza with wheel chair entrance and stairs that was commendable.
