I've been here a couple of times for some blood work and I'm not all that impressed. I understand one has to wait four hours to get results for a FBC. You'd have to inform lab if you want results sent to you via email.
I think that the internal communication needs work. The process seems too tedious. One would expect that the front office would be in charge of sending mails etc.
Front office has one tired staff always!
The radio diagnostics department is the least impressive. The man there did such a rush work of an abdominal scan and missed information that I had to get elsewhere in another lab.
I'll only visit Medicaid as a last resort.
