They have the right working equipments for work outs of your choice and the gym instructors are nice as well. Infact, everyone that visits the place seems to warm u0026 welcoming. The space isn't that much but its moderate and good enough. I enjoy working out here @the best body gym.

A good gym in the Wuse 2 area. Reasonably priced and always has instructors around

More of a medium scale gym. Good for beginners and those looking to lose weight. More experienced trainers, strength trainers, power lifters and bodybuilders may find it very limited. It's also limited in size so expect alot of waiting for the popular machines. The Smith's machine is the only station for squatting, incline bench and shoulder press . So long queues for it most times

Very friendly instructors and staff, easily accessible as it's a walking distance from Banex junction.
It is very equipped as well and I'm really getting results.
Oh, they also have very impressive spinning classes.

Great gym. Staff were amazing. Moved to far away to keep my membership, but would rejoin in a heartbeat if I could.
