Nice hotel with complimentary breakfast. Large rooms. Clean bedsheets. Attention should be given to proper cleaning and fumigation against insects.

I couldn’t put my drinks in their fridges. They were outright dirty and disgusting. The room I was first placed had a broken leaking bath, I had to request for a new room altogether.

Worse still, one of the lady receptionist was rude and was all puffed up about the ‘standard’ of the hotel. Only for me to find out it wasn’t so much of a standard with their cleanliness after all. The bedsheets were not left out. You could find stains here and there.

I bathed with cold water the first day which worsened my flu and when I complained, I was told I needed to call the reception each time I needed hot water. Weird.

Overall, I stayed for two days and liked the proximity of the hotel to where I had a function. Their food wasn’t the best, but it’s okay, expensive though (spent 4k on a plate). Will I come back here again? Only as a last resort.

???? Marvel hotel keep your noise nuisance under control. For crying out loud you are in a residential area. This is 3am, it's been over 5 hours as a car in their parking has been loud alarming every 20-30 minutes.for crying out loud this is a residential area. We are elderly persons, children, sicks people, babies and tired workers who just need rest at night. How can you be so indifferent to such nuisissance? Take out the car battery is the simplest thing to do.
what about your customers? The noise is too much please. It obstructed our midnight prayers and now keeping us awake at 3am.

The customer service is very poor and it’s important the management look at it. I got one of their suites and for the whole of my 3 days stay the AC wasn’t working. I complained the first and second day but was very upset on the 3rd day. Only for one chuks okpara who claimed to be the manager of the hotel to be threatening me. He offered no apology
despite this bad service. The hotel should look into their customer service.

Am sorry to say,

As for the Deluxe Room; I paid N16,500 per night Which i later regret because of the very less care room services, No Showel, No Electricity from 9am to 5pm and above all for me Internet Service what I find very difficult to browse from Ground floor.

The receptionist was not welcoming.Service was poor. Rooms not clean enough. Maintenance needed.

Excellent environment, very receptive staffs. Room specious and good meals
