Not a good experience at all. One particular lady on duty there on 21st September 2022 was in a foul mood and projecting it on others. Seems they are just interested in making money and don't care much about customer satisfaction.

I orderd an item from jumia, i paid for door delivery your agent called me around 9pm just to deliver my package i missed his call i called back and he missed the next day i called him and uptill now you guys refues to deliver my package for the past 4 days now it only shows out for delivery on my app and it never gets to me are you guys cheating or what? This is the package id 17891234421400. After calling you guys and it seems like you guys have block me okay nice one jumia.

Shop BB03, Hillside plaza is where it's located. A perfect location for me to pick up my items once I close from work... Very friendly attendants.

First, most of the staff working here are extremely rude. The female stuff gossip a lot. I was there to pick up my order and I overhead their disgusting discussion over customers. One even said it's not their business if you come for you package or not, at the end of the month, she'll still get paid.

While some of the staff are hardworking, majority of them don't care about customers relationship and retention. They lack organization and culture. Their unapologetic nature is eccentric.
