One of your female customer service agent is so uncouth.. a customer apparently did not fill the correct local government area and she retorted rudely" if you do not know your LGA go and call your father to tell you" I told her that was terribly wrong of her and she still claimed she is not wrong. Please train your employees to know how to interact with clients.

Poor customers service,with no seat and canopy to avoid the scourging sun compared to other Banks who provides seat and canopy for their customers. Failed bank

This Gtbank ATM in Asokoro is situated at No.69 Yakubu Gowon Crescent. They have just two ATM machines in this branch, it can be sometimes crowded especially when just one ATM is working

A branch of Guarantee Trust Bank, Polite staff, good help desk, cute environment and secured location. The ATM service is OK but sometimes crowded.
