Drive in clinic to test for covid-19 (at least that's what I used it for. Booked, and was given a date and time. Smooth process, didn't take too long, didn't even have to come down from the car. Just drove in, after waiting a little, gave a sample, and left. Well coordinated staff and operations.

Went to get tested, was refused after making an appointment. Closing time isn’t on the site, and when I arrive they said they were closed, even though I had an APPOINTMENT. The clerk asked the nurse to stay and test me, and she rudely refused. I really needed to test for the safety of those around me. This was a terrible experience and a waste of time and money. Avoid this place if you can

Terrible place to take your COVID test. Pls if you have to choose from the list available on the NITP portal, choose any other one. The claim of 24hrs is a ruse. Test is done between 9am to 2.30pm. Why allow traveler experience great inconvenience when you don’t have capacity?

This place is more or less a glorified Covid test center that is now faking to be a clinic. Fairly neat environment but rarely will you meet the sanitizer dispensers loaded, for a clinic that champions Covid, nor will your booking for services be honored promptly.

Maybe this could pass as a clinic for trainees as you can hardly find a pediatrician, or a consultant in any field. All they have are young and inexperienced General Practitioners. And if I can’t see the specialists and what have you? What’s all the payment for? Today was the 8th time I have tried seeing a specialist only to end up with a gp. They’ll keep claiming the specialist just stepped out and all that but in truth, they don’t have any.

Go here for your Covid test, malaria test, full blood count and all the basics, but anything else, you’re wasting precious time and risking your life. It’s a sham.

Worst service I have received all my life. Sloth like staff. The slowest I have encountered. Poor planning. For such an expensive service, you would think they would have intelligent, innovative, proactive staff but over 1 hour after my scheduled appointment, I am still in a queue of over a hundred cars under this sweltering heat which shows an unimaginable level of incompetence that they should get into the Guinness book of records for it. Do not go here. Anywhere else would be better.

EHA Clinics is clean and well maintained and the staff are extremely professional and welcoming. I have been to the clinic a few times now and the service I receive is always excellent. The convenience of having the pharmacy onsite is also a great bonus. I have also made use of the telemedicine system twice now and found it simple to use and helpful when I couldn't make it to the clinic. I have been to several clinics in Abuja and Kano (the EHA Clinics site in Kano is also excellent) and none compare to the quality and professionalism of EHA Clinics.

I went there to get my covid test done. Please make sure that you register and pay online so you can get an appointment. It you can do that before you get to the center, that would be great.

Took me a long time to register but after that, everything happened pretty quicky.

P.s. the nose swap is pretty invasive so just relax and stay calm so the process is painless.
