A bit tricky to find, because you've got to do a sharp right turn at the traffic light between Gwarinpa and Life Camp, coming from the Gwarinpa axis. I'd advise you call the hotel for directions... Google mapping this place is a liiiiitle bit tricky.

When you do get there though, the hotel is more than worth the trouble! It's very artsy, modern, with a bourgeoise contemporary feel despite the moderate pricing. It doesn't come cheap, but it's not cut-throat either. There's a ..boardroom-style conference facility that seats 10-20, a gym, a pool, a lovely lounge, a good restaurant, and several sit out spaces with greenery and furnshing to get you to relax.

The staff are smart, and courteous, especially the bell hops. Really nice place!

If I could give a zero star, It would have been better. My(our) stay at the hotel was terrible. There was no water, the toilet seat was bad, bathroom was unkept. My family, friends and I logged in 6 rooms and later upgraded to the ‘presidential suite’ and it was a bad decision we made to upgrade because the so called ‘presidential suite’ was not at all presidential!! The difference between a normal room and the presidential suite is a sachet of peak milk and milo! Same issues, the rooms were even smaller. Once one person leaves the bathroom, the water goes off. We had to call multiple times cause there was no running water. The bathroom was practically a mess. Only a few things were functional. To top the experience up, the so called manager was very rude, shouting at guests, using terms as ‘we gave you grace’… grace for what we PAID for??? Altogether, your entire system needs thorough renovation (the rooms and staff)! I will definitely NOT recommend this apartment. Don’t be fooled by the details on the website! (P.S- no parking space)

Lovely place with a very nice ambience. The interior inside and outdoor are really nice, It also has an lovely lounges which is super cool as well. The food tastes really nice and are also freshly made...

The rooms are very clean and neat. Their services are top notch.
Their pricing is a bit expensive but it's standard for such quality of a hotel. And I love how remote it is.

The place is a good event centre and the experience is worthwhile. The restaurant sales are too costly that customers struggle to afford them. Imagine buying a bottle of coke at #500. And their management seems to ignore little customer service and not giving visitors the best support they need.

What is another word for waw?
That was how I felt when I visited this place. The location, the ambiance, the reception, the food. Everything was on point. They have a rooftop sit-out, a spa, and an amazing event center.
Bottle water and soft drinks are 500 naira.
I had semovita and egusi soup for 2000 naira. The soup was plenty that my friend and I used one soup to eat.
They have a lot of variety when it comes to food. The event center can sit over 300 people.

But if I may add,
A door bell will do alot of good to visitors
Instead of knocking.
