Nice looking place. Seems organized. I left there quite disappointed and quite sad.
First, the phone never got answered all the times I called. When I got to the front office, I was directed to make payment and head to another reception.
Wait hour was pretty long but would have been worth it if...
I met with the male medical provider in a cozy office and was directed to take off my clothes for my examination. Time was 6pm.
I asked if I could request for a chaperone and he said I could go ahead. So I told him I wanted one. With a smirk on his face, he said I should go and get one.
In any case, I said I didn't come with anyone and didn't feel comfortable taking off my clothes there alone with him. Went to front office and requested for a chaperone and was told no one was available and to return the following day. Problem is, I traveled quite a distance to their lab.
I asked what the refund policy was and was told to return next day to process a refund. I'll be requesting that refund. It's unfortunate but I guess the hype isn't really worth the quality of service there.
Overall: Very poor customer service and quite nonchalant medical providers. I should have checked their reviews but trusted that my referring hospital would not send me to a below-par lab.
Edited to add: I got a call back and Ms. Bukky was quite apologetic on behalf of her team. I loved that she understood my grudge and admitted that my feelings were valid. I do think there is so much more room for improvement. My refund has also been processed. I wish EchoLab well and suggest a full training for their staff.
