One thing I liked about this place was the 24 hours service, also the food was good, especially the grilled chicken burger which tasted like chicken shawarma. The beef burger needs improvement. I've taken down 2 stars for the poor hygiene and cleanliness and the extremely terrible customer service. When we walked in they couldn't greet us and then we proceeded to sit down and they didn't bring the menu. I had to walk up and ask for it. The table we sat down at hadn't been cleaned and the waitress didn't notice, I had to ask her to clean it, she then proceeded to sweep the floor area and take away an empty bottle, and forgot to wipe the table. I then went to the restroom area, there was dirt on the floor like sand and it had a funny smell, I immediately walked out. I don’t think I’d be visiting this place anytime soon. I noticed that majority of their customers place delivery orders but I won’t be placing any orders because the food hygiene and cleanliness of this place are questionable. I wonder how or where the management sourced staff and the type of training they underwent.

Best zobo I’ve had in a while, simply exotic. Shawarma is nice too, good deco.

I like that the smoking is done outside.

If you expect good services based on location, you would be greatly disappointed. The waitresses are so sluggish and badly dressed, they walk around in slippers
dragging their feet as though it were a buka in the village. They take orders in a torn 40-leaves notebook.

It’s literally a viewing centre when a match is on, you’ve to struggle to get in as people are usually standing at the entrance watching football.

Nice ambient afternoon place to sit relax and enjoy a burger or pizza. A laid back kind of place with drive in and take away. The quality of the food is excellent with good service delivery.
But they need to pay much attention to their toilet to clean it regularly because of customer traffic.

Really good shawarma. Good coffee. Cozy diner atmosphere. Open all night and is a perfect place to grab a quick bite after a night out

Uneducated, rude, disrespectful ladies at the front desk. The ladies there are non chalant, have no manners, doesn’t understand customer service. I placed an order, they told me my money didn’t hit the account of which it did hit their account right away but because those ladies working there are clueless they had not idea the money has hit their account. I was patient enough and I didn’t get my order that day. The next day, the first thing they could have done was to call me and told me they finally saw the money but nobody called me. I had to call my self and I changed my mind that I wanted to cancel my order. It’s been a week now and I’m yet to see my refund. I even went there to try and get my 11,500 naira from them and they kept posting me. I told them I wanted to speak to their manager but no one would let me. I’m not in support of someone loosing their jobs but those ladies working there would really make this company loose a lot of money because of their non chalancy and disrespect. I would never recommend here to anyone in Abuja, please RUN!!!

Really great place. I loved the sharwama, my best so far in the city. The waiters are nice too

This is my go to when I crave burgers ???? ????
I am picky and certainly picked Downtown.
