The best thing about this hotel is the front facade. The rooms are dirty, old, no wardrobes - without anything to hang your clothes on, no bins for trash and the window units drip a flood into the rooms.

I was in room 105 for a couple of nights and it was flooded by morning!

Ethically, the management is without scruples. Despite a confirmed booking, she insisted on new rates at check-in, cashing in on the desperation of folks to rest after a long journey instead of trying to get a different accommodation on the fly. She threw out a group who had already checked-in, left their luggage and stepped into the restaurant to eat and put in a couple who paid slightly higher for the same room! There was a real ruckus while she took off and abandoned the staff to deal with it!

Nice hotel, very quite and peaceful with wonderful staffs. But the incident of 6th of August 2021 with the police and enforcement agencies was really scary. They were breaking room doors and carrying properties, I was so scared because my room was at the ground floor. It was a really unsatisfactory experience and would not want someone else to go through it. Too bad I had to check out and ask for refund even though I'd paid for 5 nights. I would not suggest the hotel to friends and family

The Hotel is affordable and nice. What I love the most is how ambient the environment is, literally zero noise. The bathroom could use some remodeling, I had to battle with the water heater a couple of times before I responded.
Here is a tip you might have useful, they offer a discount if you make reservations for the room via hotel.ng

Nice hotel , very clean and quite.the services are very ok and affordable.But the incident that happen on the 6/8/2021 with Enforcement unit and police really scared me.they were breaking room doors and carrying away properties,I even thought they were going to enter my room (107) that was the bad experience I had in the hotel,I will never lodge in that hotel again . will also tell family and friends .it was too bad that I have to checkout and ask for my refund , although I paid for 1 week

Power supply is poor, mosquitos all over. Furniture obsolete.

Sweet place, but the management needs to fumigate the environment - Mosquitoes!????
