This hotel is located in a quiet area of Wuse and it is much busier in the evenings. Customer service is good, room rate is affordable, relatively neat rooms and other parts of the hotel too. The location is good. It's not a bad place to lodge.

Good rooms but Duvet was noticeably dirty both times, working intercoms but no numbers to call the room service. Overall it was just there

The hotel is so substandard, and old versioned, no remote control in most rooms to operate d televisions, sockets not working in some rooms. Over all i hated it there

It was infested with roaches and bugs. I was laying on my bed and a roach dropped on me. The staff will use the master key card to open your room door without knocking. I once screamed when I was on a call with my brother.

The manager was nice but they do not offer refunds. They offered to change my room if I pid more money so I was stuck in the roach room for 3 days out of the 5.

The receptionist is rude and refused to get the manager for me. She only called the manager after a man told her to.

The room had a bad smell and their sockets were burnt. If you come to abuja do not stay here. You will regret it. They made me stay in the same roach filled room and did not change it until I recorded the roaches in a video.

Has to be one of the most disgusting customer service I've ever experienced in my life. Rude workers, nonchalant attitude and a dirty countenance on face all the time attending to customers.

Dingy and dark room, no windows. Electricity took a while before it was restored.
