It was one hell of a queue my feet were hurting, I just feel we shouldn’t be queuing that long for ice cream. Didn’t get my favorite flavor but the other option I took wasn’t bad anyway.

COVID-19 protocols were observed at this outlet, I do not know about their other locations, but your temperature is checked, and you have to wear a nose mask in order to get in.
There was a queue, because just two people were attending to the several customers, which increased the wait time, and I think the server was a bit impatient with me as she was hurrying me to pick my flavours.
I ordered for my ice cream as take away, and loved the paper bag my order came in. My ice cream had started melting on my 15mins ride home, I put in the freezer and it was good to go after a few minutes.
However I think their prices are pricey considering the flavour limitation you have with the different cup sizes.

After the increase in price you’d expect better but no, ice cream was tasting cheap and watered down, heck even fan ice tasted better and portion was ridiculous. I was so disappointed

In the words of the Lady in front of me; "chaotic".
Three servers but only one check out point. You guys can do better please. Do we really need to spend 45 minutes just to get Ice cream?

Though there was delay in serving the ice cream but their service is cool.

The only topping I get everytime is a cone. I love the crackling feel in my mouth. The ice cream is filling. Lots of flavours to choose from.

The waiting line is so long but ,Peace an attendant there just introduced me to my newest favorite mix (sweet cream plus pie crust)
