I heard it was a 24hour restaurant and tried it out tonight with my husband. We had pasta and rice and peppered goat meat.
Food took over 40 minutes to be ready, as it is prepared from scratch. But it was worth the wait and was very delicious.
The lady who attended to us said it would take 15 minutes though. I think they should be honest/realistic with the time.
Their food portions are large, and two of us could easily have been satisfied with one plate of food. We took our leftovers home.
The restaurant is clean and quiet.
I took along a pack of WHOT playing cards so we used that to kill time before our food was served.

P.S
We parked across the Restaurant, on the street beside Bakangizo Store. There was no parking space in front of the restaurant. But the area is busy and safe for street parking.

Definitely my go to restaurant, but please don’t go hungry, they delay with that! But once the food arrives it’s worth it.... I love their chili rice and plantain always ❤️

The name April and May in of itself, suggests to the discerning mind, the creativity at play. Though small, is quaint and offers a mellow ambience. Food is good, generous and reasonably priced. It's worth trying out.

Food Central is located within the floor of Spar supermarket in Ceddi Plaza. Their menu is deliciously rich and the prices are affordable too.

Well. Food was top-notch.

I had an emergency on Friday night. My under 1yo was admitted in the hospital. It was quite late (11:46 pm) and I was hungry. I googled 24 hours restaurant and I found food central. I called and was told food was available but they couldn't deliver by that time. I asked that it should be sent through uber.

I paid via bank transfer. My food was picked up and delivered to me. Food was fantastic. In case you are wondering what I ordered, it was jollof rice with peppered beef. I couldn't finish the food portion at once. It was a life saver as the food met my need. The taste was good.

I really loved the meal. I have started telling family and friends about food central.

I like that Food Central is open 24hours and the fried rice is delicious but the wait was long. Customer service was poor - the server lumped our orders in one bill though we asked to be billed separately and though we asked if their POS was available before ordering, by the time the food arrived the waitress informed us their POS transactions are failing and we had to go to the ATM close by to pay.
