Honestly????️ it's the best I've lounged in Abuja. Customer/reception service is perfect, the suite have wonderful kitchen and it's utensils, and the room and parlor is big enough! Moreso, it's sound proof meaning that a frequency of sound waves doesn't travel inside the space. AES is good to go!

The staff are very warm and friendly. The apartments are really beautiful but I enjoyed using the pool with helpful swim instructors

Serviced apartments in an expansive sprawling location with beautiful scenery... The road leading up to this residence goes by a little brook that leaves one with an air of calm, and a connection to nature. Truly a peaceful get-away in the capital city!

Pros for me:-

1. The quiet calm of luxury that is this whole enterprise, the sense of posh safety and security

2. The attention to detail in COVID-19 precautions

3. The open, welcoming ambience, with a decor that speaks to comfort and class without the gilded gold lacquer of many Nigerian hotels that aim for opulence.

4. The apartments with sitting /entertaining areas quite separate from guest rooms within the same suite, furnished with well-equipped kitchenettes.

5. The cleanness of the rooms. The newly renovated spaces felt very clean, airy, relaxing.

6. The variety of meeting spaces for different capacities.. from board rooms to conference halls tailored to groups dependent on number of attendees.

7. The optional in-house restaurant/catering service

8. The beautiful swimming pool for guests

Cons for me:-

1. The price

2. The location (requires that one is not reliant on local bus or taxi routes to commute. Will need to have Uber/Bolt/car hire service to arrive/leave

Overall a good place to stay if one is looking to escape the bustle of the city, while enjoying the furnished apartment service

Not bad. Good service. For those who like the full space, the kitchen is spacious with almost all you need to make a good meal.
