Hotel 206 Exclusive is easy to locate with Google map direction. Located in a serene environment within the city of Abuja.

Constant light with inverter power system, air-conditioning and fan to supplement. TV for news and entertainment and fridge for storage.

Excellent staff and customer service. Affordable and pocket friendly.

Highly recommended for guests visiting Abuja.

The road leading to the location needs repairs. Signage with directions to the hotel from the main road is necessary to avoid detours while trying to locate the hotel.

Pleasant place. Fast WiFi, good food, a lot of white towels but we had to call the reception often to ask them to pump water for our room. There was a time we couldn't flush the toilet or have our bath because there was no water. Also their pepper soul should be peppery. It's not about the water, the pepper is why it is called pepper soup. Security and other staff are excellent. The security staff stayed with me till my Bolt driver located me. I appreciate that. They should work on locating the hotel easily. Many of us found it hard locating the hotel.

Apparently pocket friendly but lacking in real hospitality values. Spent one horrid night there.
