Amazing place in Abeokuta when you needed a quite and interesting bar and restaurant to cool off stress. Situated in the OLUSEGUN OBASANJO PRESIDENTIAL LIBRARY COMPLEX,
When next you visit! Try the local palm wine served in our very own local calabash(aagbe eemu) in Yoruba language. It's magical for stress and you will love it!
Besides, menu list is very filled and pocket friendly.

Nice atmosphere, this area consists of a bar, restaurant and a suya joint. Can be very relaxing if you do not mind your music a bit loud. This could have been a 4 star rating, if the waiter did not runaway with our change.

It is a shame, bamboo groove is not like before. It is now looking dry and unwelcoming.

The customer service was quiet poor. We had to demand to be served after seated for about 10mins.

There was little options offered for food and drinks. The aboki's kidney and meat sue was great, unfortunately no tomatoes.

We left after 30mins

Just as the name depicts, the bar is surrounded with bamboo creating an aesthetic environment. Tables and chairs neatly arranged. Cold drinks are sold, one can get soft and alcoholic drinks here. Also available is suya which you can also order to enjoy your dream.

Service delivery could be better. The place was just getting back to life after the pandemic. People visit more during the weekends. The suya was great but drinks could be a bit more expensive than regular.

This is a natural environment for a perfect date. It's located inbetween bamboo trees; a stream full of marine life quietly flowing beside your seat. look to the left, you see OOPL zoo; look ahead, you see the Library; and to the right is the OOPL lake. Soft music plays in the background. All your needs are guaranteed.
