They board 2 passengers per seat. The drivers are good. Overall they have good customer relationships. The waiting time was too long.

Cheap but that's about it the buses aren't good the trip will be fast but uncomfortable

Be sure to arrive Owerri with this bus service, they won't stop you by halfway that much i know even though majority of their buses are old. They also run courier service, not the best but will do.

From now onwards, when I have a waybill from Imo State, I will ask the sender to use ITC!. The drivers are well cultured and my package arrived intact!

The transport company owned by Imo State government. They've got a lot of rickety buses. But they help people who travel within the state with their trip.
