The hotel is very spacious, but old, and many things in the rooms must be changed or repaired. It is highly desirable to have new clean bedsheets and towels! I'm definitely not coming back.

Horrible place to host an event. Nice structure but very poor management and maintenance.

Attended and event here, the ACs weren't working, power wasn't stable and worst of all, male restroom was a mess... Water wasn't running.

The event host kept apologizing and had to cut event short because the place was extremely hot and not conducive.

They seriously need to improve.

Hotel is a little old but good... House keeping is efficient.. Ac is old tho some work well.. I'd say the hotel is overpriced.. good location and safe

It's a very pleasant establishment with good security, 24/7 power supply, very good customer focused including customer care. Large conference halls for businesses. Excellent live events including various music/ songs for all. The chairman is a no nonsense and hands on the deck and approachable person and fully supported by his brilliant son and managers. The management have a continuous improvement policy. I highly recommend Enitona Hotel Aba.

Enitona hotel is one amongst the best, if not the best, it's a nice place for relaxation, home away from home

The Hotel service is good, management takes care of his customers well, the environment is OK but they are still using old air-conditioning in the rooms...
