Sorry but I had to give this location a rating of 1 star. This is simply because I had a belief that since I looked good from the outside, definitely it should also reflect on the inside. I was shocked to my none marrow when I went in for an enquiry and noticed a total blackout in the hotel. I asked further questions and they said there was power and they were managing it and that even the air conditioning units don't work to evening. It was a big turn off for me and never went ahead with the reservation.

Beautiful from the outside but ugly on the inside. I even found a cockroach in the room the day I stayed for a friend's birthday party and I wonder if the housekeepers work at all. No 24 hours electricity and that's a No No for a hotel of its size. Bad experience for me so I give just a star even though I wish I gave none

I stayed 10 days at this hotel. Staff was very helpful, especially those at the reception. There were lots of mosquitoe bites that caused me sleepless nights. Staff encourage me to stay. I stayed here in the past that's why I came back, in all, it was an average stay. Thanks

Hotel De La Paix Aba is located at 60 Ekenna Avenue, By No. 38 Brass Street, Aba, Aba, Abia State. It is among the cool and calm hotels in Abia State. Their environments are neat and comfortable. Their staffs are friendly  and their services are to notch.

Hotel De La Paix is a shadow of itself. Infact I dare to say its terrible.

No water heaters (Hot water)
No air-conditioning (it is only switched on when there is Nepa/EEDC/Power grid
Zero maintenance of facilities
Highly short staffed

Total waste of money
