Airtel should just try u0026 step up. There's hardly a day you go to their care shop at Okigwe Road that you won't have the need to go back because the issue wasn't resolved properly in the first place.

As if that isn't enough, the attitide of the staff is something else although it's almost same with every network care center in Aba.

The Air con does not work. The attention is adequate. The number of customers outweigh the service points.

A very busy airtel store manned by professional staff members. The demanding environment requires staff to be very professional as sometimes customers frustration is taken out on staff members. Nneoma was very good at managing the said situation and so was other staff members. Many thanks to Nneoma for going the extra mile for me and the other customers during my varied days that I visited the shop.

I love that they were very fast in attending to me. Nothing speaks volume as much for any business than great and efficient customer service, and they seem to be riding that wave confidently.

Located at Faulks Road( not sure of the no) I also love that it's on the main Road, making it very easy to locate without much stress, and you can also park your car without much ado as they've got their own parking space.

I must also mention that they're very organized in their service culture, as well as being professional in their approach. They seem to have a system of operation in place, and it's working just fine.

Remember that just like any other service provider, you must have a valid means of identification for them to get started on whatever complaint you have or any issue you want resplved for you, so always endeavor to carry one along with you; either a National ID, Voters Card, or International Passport.
