Like every other normal CR outlet, but this time was different cause I decided to try their shawarma for the first time. All I can say is that chicken republic should stick to preparing us great chicken! The staff there was really nice to me. His name is ‘Ahmed’. Bye for now ????
So this is an edited review. Apparently, i stayed in Zaira for the weekend and was about to leave on Sunday. I got there and ordered for refuel max the lady serving me ‘Agnes’ asked if it was takeaway so I said yea it was but I later had conflicting thoughts about it and said I’d eat there. Mind you she had already poured the rice in the takeaway pack. So she got a tray and was about to serve me with the takeaway pack to eat there. So I told her I wanted the food in a plate and she went and I quote “I cannot waste my takeaway pack” then I asked her how much is the takeaway pack that you’re telling me you cannot waste it. Anyways long story short, I told her I wanted it as takeaway since she wasn’t going to give me in a plate cause I see no reason why I’m seated at CR and eating from a take away pack.
A lot of things could have happened, I would have walked away after she said she wasn’t going to serve me in the plate and she will not only waste the takeaway pack, the food too will be wasted.
Now I don’t know if it’s against company’s polices but IMO, customers are always right and if at all she was going to be in trouble for actually wasting a takeaway that cost N8 ($0.013) there’s actually a courteous way you can talk to people
Like I always say, when you’re in the position to serve, so it well!
Managers can really do better by employing the best staff.
