The gym is quite equipped. A great place to work out I can recommend. The stadium needs some overhaul though. A lot still missing. I had a great time

ABU Gym Complex

ABU Gymansium is the sporting complex of the Prestigious Ahmadu Bello University, it is an olympic standard complex with a pavilion, A footbal field, Squash Court, Badminton court, Judo, Tennis, Basketball, Fitness Center, Fives court etc.

It was commissioned in 2002 by the then President of the Federal Republic Olusegun Obasanjo, during the Nigerian University Games Competition (NUGA).
It is strategically located on the Sokoto road, The road that leads to Sokoto, Katsina, Kebbi and Zamfara.
It can be accessed via the NUGA Gate.
Stone throw from this complex is the ABU CBT Center, ICERFE Center for Economics u0026 Rural Finance, Area Bz, Faculty of Agriculture, IAR, DAC, NAERLS, Danfodio hostel etc.

It has a 2km* bush path trail around the complex that one can use for jogging, or taking a walk to clear his head. And It has beautifully u0026 carefully planted Trees around its premises.

I'm a sportsman, i will rate this place 9/10. The government have done thier assignment.
