The hotel is a standard low-budget hotel to stay in a typical northern Nigeria. It has a vast compound, parking space, conference hall and restaurants. It also has a swimming pool which is the major attraction here (for me).

I think the management of the hotel needs to do better in terms of maintaining the place; during my 4-night stay at this location, I observed that they have fewer staff for such a large facility with older men doing the housekeeping. Also, I think the management should consider modernising the place and adding a few aesthetics to the overall outlook.

A major turn-off for me was that guests must pay to use the swimming pool and a non-functional gym, done and how things are done manually.

Generally, it was a neutral experience.

The hotel is very wonderful, endowed with cool and nice environment, every room with its balcony, service delivery is excellent and their restaurant is wooow????.
You can't just afford not to be there as seeing is believing. Whenever you're in Zaria I suggest you check in to ABU Hotels, because it's home away from home.

ABU Hotel is a very good place and their restaurant food is very delicious I like the place
