Canewood Hotel is a very nice concept, the halls, lounge by the pool and the halls for events. The staff are quite nice and courteous. The only challenge I noticed was the dampness of the walls on most of the ground floors. I unfortunately stayed in one of the rooms downstairs. It was so damp that I couldn't sleep for the two nights I spent there due to stuffy air in the room and the corridors. Maintenance is seriously needed.

This hotel is in a great place with access to major roads and it is located not too far from the heart of town but their services are very poor. The entertainment systems in the rooms are outdated; the repairs and maintenance is sorely lacking. There are so many others issues but the most annoying one of all is the constant music playing @ very high levels disturbing the peace of the room occupants even till late at night.

It is a nice hotel based on the age of existence , it has a nice 3,4-8ft swimming pool and bar, it is a good spot for family relaxation. The only thing I dislike is the workers relationship with customers which is very poor for the business growth.

Good and hospitable staff. Tasty meals. swimming pool. Hotel management would need to improve on maintenance culture so that guests can feel more relaxed.

Canewood Hotel is a nice place to relax in the heart of Effurun in the City of Warri, with a nice Swimming pool that it's always busy you wouldn't run out of company, there are several classes of air conditioned rooms starting from NGN6,000, and the hotel has a medium sized event hall and several conference rooms for meetings. The place would certainly meet your needs.
The customer service is good and the view is good.

The rooms are very spacious and convenient. A working air conditioner, 24 hours power supply, they also have a swimming pool... It was nice staying there
