Quiet environment, pretty hotel, nice room (the room I stayed in was really nice and had ample space, not choking). Room interior had good paintings and not just bare walls. The food was very good (I had it all, Banga soup, Egusi soup, Vegetable soup, Jollof rice, barbecue). Power supply is good, as soon as there is a loss in the main power supply, the generating set comes up in less than two minutes. Excellent and professional staffs.
It was not all perfect though, I have three concerns. First, the window air conditioning units seem too small for some of the rooms, so they tend to struggle during the day but work ok in the night (this only applies for some rooms, as others have bigger, better units). Was not particularly happy with the tv stations available, wanted more especially with respect to my football and not to be stuck with only the premier league (Please this is just a personal choice). Found some roaches in my room, this was a major major major turnoff and would have had me giving the hotel a two star. Giving it a 3 star because we ran into the host and he is the excellent description of what a host is and should be. I think I'd rather stay with 2 star
