Only went there for wedding.. And the place looks like old structured building..

So, the first impression about Hotel De Mark is that the place looks really big, with a really lovely, calm environment.

The buildings are also named in a funny manner. Lagos House, Port Harcourt, among others.

Apart from its affordability, the rooms are also spacious and well ventilated. The restaurant also has well prepared meals even up until late into the night.

The only reason they're not getting a four or five-star rating is because some of the buildings are old and need reworking.

Hotel De Mark Annex located at Ovie Palace Road Effurun Delta State.
Here you feel relax with their beautiful and well dressed rooms and also enjoy good meals from the kitchen.

Prices are fair and good security systems. But the place needs to be upgraded with modern facilities like WiFi and intercoms. Some amenities also need renovation.

Newly upgraded place to visit... great view and wonderful outdoor service, it's worth giving a try!
