A cheap motel in the heart of warri.. the rooms are unkept, spider web is everywhere, the fans are not clean, the bedding is terrible, the toilet is a no no. Their highest quality room is manageable at best, it goes for 5k. If you must lodge use the 5k one, the others are just too disappointing

Nonsense place. I wasted my money on lodging. Imagine seeing rat in the morning when you wake up but the one star goes to the bar.

Had to put up in one of the Hotel's smaller rooms, it was on a rainy evening.
Small room but all tiles are kept very clean.

It's like a club/ hotel.

If you looking for a place where they sell "Happiness" Baileyz hotel is the place to be. They've one of the best rates in town.

It's a nice place full with comfort both for young and old with affordable price. The environment is cool, air tide and costumers care is good

The room is dirty!!!! I had to wait for 30 minutes upon arrival while they clean up the room.
