Not so good as a lodge. It was firstly a hotel. Now it rents rooms to students. No security and water is mostly dependent on PHCN light(Government Light, which is not so steady and can be much worse on some weeks), and contributions by the Tenants.
Each room has a bed, a closet, chair, desk and toilet, some times in a generous amount. There is only one main kitchen and Generator that will never come on by the establishment unless you contribute for it. Anyway, there are also monthly contributions for Government Light.
