OK this is a very nice hotel.
Firstly, the rooms are really nice, clean, comfortable and beautiful. I loved it. The Air-conditioning works, the water heater works.
The service was wonderful, staff were really courteous.
Room service was a little slow but the food was nice (quite pricey though).
The whole environment is also clean and looks new.
The rooms are affordable, starts from about N10,000.
Plus the hotel is not far from the city.
A really nice experience, I'll recommend to everyone.

Looking for simple hall for wedding reception or meetings, Ann's Haven Hotel is a place to visit. But they need to train their Security personnel and also look for a better place to store the diesel.

ROACHES!!!
POOR SERVICES BY THE HOTEL STAFFS.
COULD NOT GET THE BASIC TOILET ROLL ????BECAUSE THEY CLAIMED THEIR STORE WAS LOCKED AT 12am.

Nice and cool place, they're doing great, but they need to improve their bedspread or change the old one to new one.

For the price of their rooms and the efforts they put into making your stay comfortable, they deserve the stars. It's however an old place but all their facilities worked, and it's in the highbrow part of the town and estate. By the way, they gave me a room called "Helen of Troy" ????

The room is large. Hot water available. But more concentration will be required while cleaning the rooms.
Enough car park space.
