Terrible reception staff.
Worst maintenance of rooms.
Charges are too high for what is being offered to the customer.
Not even a bottle of water is provided for a person staying in Royal class room.
Only the names of rooms are fancy, inside facilities are not worth a single penny.
Staff's are least bothered of any feedback from customer.

Absolutely shity place, they have rooms with bad AC and they don't fix it, after you have paid you will find out yourself and by that time there is nothing you can do. Im here sweating at 11pm with a loud AC. Mediocre staffing at best. Never again

Excellent ambience, relaxation, and hotel service in the Ancient city of Sokoto.

Rooms are nicely and tastefully furnished, with polite and efficient hotel staff.

Definitely recommend.

My Stay Has Been Very Peaceful and Environment is Very Seren.
The Town is Calm and It's Known as the Seat of the Caliphate in Northern Nigeria.

Pinnacle Guest Inn, it's a nice place to lodge, their rooms are clean, services are good too, their soups are perfect, especially vegetable soup, enough meat in it.

A calm and accomodating hotel. But they dont have a Spa.

The place is good,but their service is terrible.
One time my friends and I had to wait for nearly 3hrs just to get chips and fried eggs in their restaurant.
