Well ur service failed from the queued that's from security point, ladies first why?
Even if you came 6 am ladies first even though you be late in the office BIG REMINDER you are working for MTN will you look at it as Nothing if your staff came let cos of others Company stupidity of ladies first.as the staff try his possible best to bit the time LOOK INTO IT.

Not that bad but frankly people are suffering in a harsh weather waiting to be attended @MTNNG kindly do the needful to ease your customers nightmare of going to your office and spending 5-6 hours of waiting to solve an issue of 15-20 minutes.

Initially I felt unwelcome due to the mannerless approach from security operatives at the entrance gate but was later attended to in orderly manner by the officials.

The Waiting time and reception is poor. Especially at the entrance gate. They need to improve on this.

They render different services to customers, is one of MTN major Office in Sokoto, and also the Head Office. it's a drive through place. The security at the main gate are well alert. It's a cool and nice place.
