Customer attendant did so bad today 28/04/2022
After shopping items, the POS not working due to bad network, and he told me to go and withdraw cash, He asked I’m if I’m coming back, I told him yes, I will find a pos shop to withdraw cash!
After I stressed to withdraw cash, and go back to him at 6:20pm, he told me he has already returned those items to their positions!
I was so sad! and walked out the of the store ????
So I am giving them bad experience of the costumer experience! ????????
