Also the best in Africa built by the then president Late Shehu Usman Shagari, an indigene of the state and a well known Elder statesmen and a politician, they where buit to suit the needs and accommodate both people and their vehicles, a great gift from Late Shehu Usman Shagari to the state a well designed architecture and structure to withstand the harsh weather in the state, The best Market and Motor park Square in the country for more than 3 decades, well organized drainage system a Mosque, police station, fire service dept and a complete access roads for vehicle to move in in case of emergency like fire outbreak or transporting heavy equipment within the Market or Park square, very big car parking space for the populace and over head bridge to reduce traffic along the main road also has almost 16 gates including 4 main gates from all the 4 axis then mini gate for easy access and exit without coming to the main gates, it's a structure like no other in the state we'll built designed and maintained I have been to many states on the country and visit every market or motor park in the state I have never come across anything similar to this mega construction
