OVERVIEW: kilmanjaro restaurant is a fast food and local food restaurants where you can get some home made meals, and snacks on the go.

OPENING HOURS: Monday-SUNDAY (9am am-9pm)

TRAFFIC: Always mild traffic on the road side coming towards the office. Their car park is moderately spacious, but on busy days, you might find it hard.

PRICING: food are moderately priced.

FOOD: Food on the average is poor. You will get some value... But not great value for your money. Snack is preferably ok to get here.

CUSTOMER SERVICE: I have always commented that generally, Kilimanjaro restaurant have very poor customer service. Don't event expect a good customer service experience. You will be disappointed.

Their food tastes really great, home cooked and delicious ????.I received my order in a timely manner. They got friendly staffs. Eating area is clean and well equipped with modern restaurants chairs. I was really impressed to see such improvements in restaurants chain business in Nigeria.

The one at Novare mall sangotedo, the food wasn't nice. The jollof, the coleslaw, the fried crocker fish...not good. We just managed to eat it. The annoying part was that it was in take away packs. We spent N23,900. The only good thing were the donuts.

First time at the Novera Mall branch of this eatery and ordered a take out of the rice and beans with 'ofada' sauce.

First, it was not ofada stew or sauce. The stew/sauce was not well cooked for someone used to pepper it was a horrible experience.
Seem like badly chopped peppers which seem more like rotten peppers and apparently hardly any protein in the scoop but just bad mix of peppers and tomatoes.

Poor food! Poor customer service!!
Don’t go and eat here!! Asides from the food being tasteless the security watched another car bashed mine in the parking lot and did nothing! Stood and watched as the man who dented my car threatened me! They have no regards for their customers!

I make a quick stop by on my way to church to pick up some snacks. The chicken and meat pies I had were nice. I think I have found a new fast food joint to patronize close to my church.

I experienced very poor customer service here,
A customer who came after me was attended to first and when i complained the sales attendant was not even apologetic.
A portion of jollof rice was sold at 1k to me while the electric bill board advertised a lower price,and when i asked he insisted that was the price of a portion, to cap it all the food was tasteless .
I don't see myself going back there anytime soon.
