Google has to create the option for Zero Star honestly.

Firstly, I expected a hotel towel wash at the start of my meal. We were not even given water to wash our hand, maybe I had too much expectation but basic hygiene is a minimum expectation.

Secondly, the scenery I can say was okay if you're looking for a basic scenario but expected slightly burnt food.

Thirdly, the waiter, waitresses, and manager were delightfully rude, mannerless and seem to know little about good customer service. I was making my second to last order when the waitress attending to me said "Is it not too much?" She was guarding what I eat meanwhile I was the one paying for my meal?!

Lastly, I'm dedicating this review to everyone that has been treated badly in that hole. I see you, I recognize your pain and we all deserved better.

The restaurants name is Beijing Chops. Its an awesome Chinese restaurant. Loved the chicken soup. Quality and quantity is good. Do visit.

The services of both the manager and the waitresses is less than zero. They look down on women as having the ability to not handle their bills even with the unfortunate incidence that the so to seem head is female. The entire staffs need to be removed and replaced with people that know customer service and how to coordinate themselves. Shamelessly, the waitress were shouting out loud at themselves with customers present. Poor presentation. An excuse of a Chinese restaurant. Never again.

First time I visited, loved the place and would have easily given 5 stars, food was and still is great. The staff are professional and friendly. However on my visit in October I observed maintenance issues faulty sockets, which meant fans and a couple of air-conditioning units could not function properly. Also wanted soup on the menu and WonTon soup was not available; my all time favorite. I left with the impression that a lot of people don't visit the restaurant and I recommend they get a marketing team because the food there is really really nice. I plan on visiting again.. Atmosphere is peaceful and great for kids.
