It was a sunday evening and I was around Kilimanjaro Rumudara so I walked in for pizza and maybe snacks. The place was full and noisy, loose flies here and there. The staff, oh my God, they rolled their eyes at you when you call their attention to something you want. They weren't customer friendly at all, I would say they were lacking in service etiquette.

The Pizza I had was the 2 halves of mushroom and chicken, and for someone who has sampled pizzas, it wasn't up to the ones I've had. I guess it's just there but won't be recommending as a good pizza place.

It's a nice dining out area, great food and drinks. Clean area. Only problem I had was flies kept disturbing me while I was eating.

Has always been know for wonderful service and delicacies. A beautiful place to eat in . Although they can make do with more seats. Great prices too. And the location is very strategic. Keep up the good work. Guys kudos!!!

It's a nice place to eat and hang out with friends. It has stuffs at very affordable prices and some at promo prices. Diverse brands of ice-creams ranging from fanice, supreme, Go slo etc. It's located at place with very accessible and good road networks. You can also pay for goods and services via POS hence encouraging cashless shopping. There are sizeable parking spaces available for vehicles and accessible wheelchair entrance.. The products sold there are of good quality and less expensive. It has workers that are friendly. It's a nice place to eat and shopping with family and friends. It's working hours is quite enough for you to enjoy and get whatever you want to get there.

I have to say that the ice cream is terrible. I wanted ice cream and what I got was a task to defrost a frozen plate of what they called ice cream, which took nothing less than two hours. They can be better.

Customer friendly... from the door keeper to the front desk/ waiter. Food handled properly and shielded from aerosol/ dust. However, more staff is required to man the front desk, as we had some customers waiting to be attended to.
