The rooms are tiny, no hot water. They allow strangers to workout in front every morning making noises like market people. Elevator don't work . No wifi. Pool is dirty. Horrible location. Worst hotel ever

Not a good experience atall. Service is very poor. No working telephone in the rooms. The mattress is hard like a rock and the bedspread is very old and dirty or overused and dirty. Wash hand basin tap without water.

Nice and neat. The security is okay. Even the attention given was excellent. I was short on cash I was referred to the ATM in front of the hotel and the queue was much I was allow to make withdrawal because a notice was posted there that it's for their customers in the hotel more than the public. They put their customers first.

Hmm...I can say the place is crappy. The management needs to pick up. Too much noise from the hotel staffs and their noisy slippers, the staffs were not properly dressed, they have no proper training of how to act in front of guest. The rooms reeks of cigarettes smoke. The cleaning service was bad, they didn't change the towel, the floor was still wet after cleaning, no shower curtains or bath tub foot mat. The food was nice especially the cat fish pepper soup but they need to replace their utensils. I would give 5/10 to their plantain and egg sauce, to their noodles 4/10 too salty and got served burnt egg. The room prices are pretty fair. The management really needs to pick up because it's close to the airport and it's really a good location and a nice place if properly managed.

Ordinary would have gotten 3 stars but got 2 due to the environment. While it has the amenities that would have made it quite a good place, the manner of the amenities leaves a lot to be desired. It has a small and clean pool and a gym with basic equipment. There is also a poolside bat with some drinks. Power supply is good and security is available and adequate. Parking could be limited. There is an ATM machine just outside the hotel that attracts a crowd almost all the time. With slight improvement, 3 stars.

In Igoni Grand View Hotel, everything works just fine. The receptionist are very professional, they have concierge, a good swimming pool and outdoor recreation...
It has an outdoor bar with music and it is just a lively place and Security here is top notch.
The rooms are fairly spacious and the air conditioning system works well with constant power supply and good parking.
It is a lovely place.
