It was a good experience. The environment was good and there was ample parking space. Staff were nice and willing to assist, however. Lunch and dinner options were very limited. The rooms were extremely cold, the heater didn't work and completely turning it off didn't help either.

Ambient and beautiful environment. Has a cool balcony view facing the busy street of GRA, Port Harcourt. Night view is so relaxing.

Staff are really responsive and friendly.

Comfortable room, nothing really exciting, and the rest room area had old floor tiles and bathtub.

Food seem more expensive compared to other hotels of same standard. Also, Expect to be served what's available in place of what you ordered. I ordered for rice and salad, got served rice and plantain, without my consent or any explanation.

Overall, it's a nice place to stay.

I attended a week long conference there so I didn't pay for anything, and I must state, I didn't lodge in any room. Their food was really great, service was good, everything was superb really, it goes without saying of course. But the air conditioning system in their conference hall wasn't too my liking. The hall was cold, very cold, so cold that we had to complain, and herein lies the issue- they couldn't switch off the central ACs, apparently they had switched off the standing ACs but the central ones took too long to boot so they couldn't switch it off. We therefore had to shiver throughout the lecture. I hated that.

An okay hotel with a good security level and standard infrastructure.
However, I was not pleased about how each security guard was requesting persistently that I tip them. Was quite an uncomfortable experience.

Went for a Sunday buffet with the family, it was a horrible experience.
My experience was when we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by the waiter and he told us how much to pay. We walked in ready to eat upon setting our plate to start eating the story begins.

The food was almost finished with no refil however I have to mention one lady brought a large amount of snail for us and it was delicious.

The rest of the meal was horribly wrong from the Nigerian dishes to the Continetial dishes. Everything except the snail. Spent over 30k naira on nothing.

Honestly do not go to this hotel for Sunday buffet. However the pool side staff and food is delicious.

Avoid the Sunday buffet at all cost.

My family and I will never return to the place ever again.

Living in past glory, management needs to improve and create new opportunities or services for customer to enjoy. They have limited drinks and food, no cocktail, no beef,... then different waiters attend to one customer which causes confusion. The pool area is nice to chill and gist with your friends, I love the natural ambience and the surrounding trees.
