It's a cozy place to stay. The staff at the Spa are very friendly and render wonderful Services after a hectic day. The guy at the swimming pool Bar is awesome but the hotelier needs to increase his staff as request from Client are overwhelming to the point of not being attended to. Also there's need for a larger Parking space for the inflow of Traffic

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to take pictures but here's the lowdown. It's very neat, the rooms are airy and the service is cool. The food isn't my cup of tea but that's probably because I've never liked hotel food. But all in all, it's a pleasant place for lodging in a safe environment. The people are friendly too

Beautiful place. Great hotel room, quality details in the hotel set up. Very polite staff and concierge. The security seems top notch with all the security gadgets in place. The ambience overall is great and serene, with jazz music serenading you as you move around. The food is good and service is excellent. Funny thing is the staff are almost all fair complexioned people. Guessing it's one of the employment criteria. Keep up the good work.

First, the decor inside is way better than the outside. This was a pleasant surprise, cos i had lowered my expectations when I saw the how the hotel from the outside.
Rooms and food are excellent! Staff were very friendly and professional
The restaurant was good too.
The Spa is a negative.

While it is a very comfy hotel in its own right, and nicely located in the G.R.A. zone of Port Harcourt, which is predominantly secure, the overall staff are very hospitable. They politely ask about your well being and greet you on every arrival and departure. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety to meet domestic and international taste and I truly appreciate their accommodation of not just me but my family which is a big one. The pool bar staff could be a little less stand offish in demeanor though. That's my one criticism.

Oak heaven was excellent. The staff civil, warm and professional. The buffet breakfast very good. Overall a top star treatment!

A place you can't afford to miss. Believe me, everyone that lodged would love to come back. The hospitality rendered is superb. Some guest yesterday said and I quote, "It's not just a Hotel but a home!".

Frankly speaking, I've gotten much to boost of as a hotelier. I'm in housekeeping dept but I do mini work on room service (waiter), Porter and I.T dept. It was so stressful at the beginning but I thank God for everything.
