A really decent hotel let down by inconsistent service and poor maintenance. Faulty door locks, an intercom which didn't work, repair works being done while the guest was in the room, poorly cleaned bed linen. All these didn't justify the price for the room. Still, the reception staff are very friendly, pleasant and professional

Waow, Coral Reef is situated in a cool and serene environment. Services here has been upgraded since new management took over.
I bet you will enjoy it, give it a trial.

Very friendly, courteous staff. It has a 'Bush Bar' that serves local delicacies by Onyi. The nkwuobi, marching ground, isiewu, plantain nkwuobi with piompiom is unrivalled!

The Coral Reef Hotel is located in the serene environment of GRA Phase 2 at 8 Orogbum Cresent, off Onne Road. The staff are welcoming and services are top notch. With rooms such as Deluxe, Super deluxe, Executive deluxe as well as a conference hall for events all at a competitive prices. The hotel was recently renovated and improved to render good services and make her customer comfortable.

Back again and good to see those welcoming faces at the desk... Services still at top notch level...

I would say rather than charge a low rate which is being advertised as a discount, they can upgrade their services and facilities and stick to the rate that allows for great hospitality. The bedsheets and towels are in serious need of a change. The bathrooms need to be renovated. Staff are friendly but housekeeping need some training. I checked in earlier that morning but room was not going to be ready till 2pm. I left but requested tha my room be ready when I return from a meeting I had to attend. To my surprise, I returned around 5pm and was given a room but the housekeeper had not finished dressing the bed. He came back with pillow cases and quickly put them on. I laid down and to my disappointment, the pillow case was damp!! Let's not talk about how old the sheets were. T

Cool hotel in GRA where you can rest. It's not that expensive, so if you are looking for a good hotel in GRA with budget price, I would recommend you check them out. Very organized, but does not have enough parking space
