The basic rooms have decent space, not really bad

It’s not very luxurious. The water heater wasn’t working but they sent a repair man to fix it. They’re security conscious. Their food is not very tasty

I'm displeased with their services. I used their POS and was debited two times and they got credited.
I was advised to lodge the complaint at my Bank and I did.
They claimed the money is in their Fcmb account and uptill now my money has not been refunded.
I have been calling them almost every day.

So sad!
