Unorganised old property running on it's old name

Although it used to be the best...
Wash room water leaking
Tap Knob not there
Old Window AC vibrating badly
Room Phone dirty n noisy
Food request served in 2 hours or more
Restaurant pillar is just embedding to its floor due to weight
Roof-Ceiling may fall
Experience urself
However be safe too

A beautiful hotel with plush and pizazz. An attractive pool side and tastefully furnished rooms alongside tastefully prepared national and continental cuisines. Their bar is heavily stocked with variety wine and spirits.

A plush hospitality outfit with luxuriously furnished and finished rooms. Customer service is superb and the restaurant flaunts quality national and continental dishes. The pool side is inviting and the environment laced with nature. It is a place to be for that unique treat.

Very poor service and badly managed. Had to check out after an hour cos I couldn't stay

Security is fickle, interior is average. There was a fight in the hotel reception and there was no security or management on site. This took place for 20mins in the least. It was scary.
